Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love your Caluís jewellery. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition you received it - with original tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom or personalised pieces
- Gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, get in touch with us before initiating a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The quickest way to receive a different item is to return your current one and place a new order once your return is accepted.
EU Customers - 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.
International Orders & Customs
All orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are not included in the product price. These charges vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not liable for any customs delays.
For EU orders: Due to Brexit, orders that are being shipped to the EU will be liable for customs and duties
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
