Order Processing

All handmade pieces are made to order and typically require 14–21 days for creation and preparation before dispatch. During this time, your order is being carefully crafted. (You will be updated by email at each step.)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your Royal Mail tracking number.


Shipping Method

We ship all orders using Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed.

This service includes:

  • Next-day delivery by 1pm (once dispatched)
  • Full tracking throughout the journey
  • Signature on delivery
  • Insurance coverage for high-value items

Our packaging is discreet, with no external mention of jewellery, diamonds, or high-value contents.

International Shipping

We offer secure international shipping using:

Royal Mail’s International Tracked & Signed Service: £10 fee

Delivery times vary by destination.

Customs duties, import taxes, and local VAT are the buyer’s responsibility.
All international shipments are fully tracked and require a signature on delivery.


Delivery Requirements

Due to the high value of our pieces:

  • A signature is required upon delivery
  • We cannot leave parcels in a safe place or with neighbours
  • If you miss delivery, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection from your local sorting office

Packaging & Security

Every order is packaged with:

  • A luxury jewellery box
  • Protective inner packaging
  • A plain, unbranded outer box
  • Tamper-evident sealing
  • All items insured throughout transit

We prioritise discretion and security from dispatch to delivery.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

Although extremely rare, if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date or expected delivery
  • Provide photos of the packaging and item (if damaged)

We will work with Royal Mail to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for delays or undeliverable parcels due to incorrect or incomplete information.
